John grew up in Crownpoint Indiana. He attended military school, and then went to Ball State University. Then Mr. Tsikouris moved to Florida and work as a personal trainer finishing up college after graduation, John worked with some promotional companies around the area, then created his first business, selling high-performance transmissions worldwide. He has a history of entrepreneurial background in prior ownership of multiple businesses. He has eight years of marketing/advertising experience along with five years of personal training experience to help clients and patients achieve their fitness and health goals through motivation and education.

Today John is the CEO of the highly successful Titan Medical Center located in Tampa Florida. The center focuses on but is not limited to hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, injectable vitamins, libido enhancers, & rejuvenation. John has trained & worked with highly successful individuals in the entertainment business, medical field, and public eye. John is a sought after speaker in the areas of health, wellness, fitness, & anti-aging. He also appears regularly on various Livestreams (Titan Talk) on Facebook, Instagram, Podcasts & radio shows to speak about wellness, anti-aging, fitness, diet, & disease prevention. He is a master at branding strategies along with raising market awareness, & implementation of new processes. In addition to innovative thinking broad-based expertise in finance, negotiations, & business development. John is a published author on health & wellness with eight years of on-site clinical training education working side-by-side with medical doctors & staff.
